Founded in Manchester in 2021, 33mm is a fashion brand inspired by nostalgia, cinema and the enduring romance of times gone by.
Creative is at the heart of everything we do.
We've built 33mm through a social first approach to storytelling and marketing, with over 1,000 ad creatives currently live across Meta.
We're looking for an exceptional Content Creator to join our creative team and help us push that standard even further.
All applicants must submit a portfolio alongside their CV.
The Role
We're looking for a highly creative, culturally aware Content Creator with an exceptional eye for what makes people stop, watch and engage.
This isn't a role where you'll simply be given a brief and asked to execute it.
We want someone who brings ideas to the table, has opinions about creative, constantly finds references and inspiration, and wants to make work that stands out.
You'll take ideas from concept through to final execution; ideating, shooting and editing social first content that brings the world of 33mm to life.
You'll need to understand the difference between content that simply looks good and content that actually performs.
You'll combine strong taste and storytelling with an understanding of hooks, pacing, platform behaviour and creative performance.
We're looking for someone with a genuinely high creative standard who wants to continually improve their craft.
What You'll Do
- Concept, shoot and edit impactful social first content.
- Develop and pitch original ideas for product launches, campaigns and everyday brand storytelling.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and wider creative and marketing teams.
- Create and adapt content across organic social, paid ads, website and email.
- Analyse creative performance and use insights to continually improve your work.
- Help plan and manage the content calendar.
- Stay deeply immersed in fashion, social media, film, music and wider culture. Bringing relevant ideas and references to the team.
- Assist with producing campaign and social shoots, including pre production and shoot day support.
- Travel and assist on shoots when required.
- What We\'re Looking For
Above all else, we\'re looking for someone who is kind, genuine and caring. Someone who goes the extra mile to find the magic and genuinely cares about the work they create.
- 2+ years\' experience creating content, ideally within fashion.
- An exceptional portfolio of social first creative work.
- Strong creative eye and understanding of contemporary fashion and culture.
- Ability to take an idea from concept through to shooting and final edit.
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and what makes content perform.
- Strong filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar).
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends and internet culture.
- Ability to work autonomously, bring ideas to the table and maintain a consistently high creative standard.
- Bonus Points
- Experience shooting professional grade video using Sony, Canon, Blackmagic or similar camera systems.
- Knowledge of lenses, lighting, audio, colour grading and professional post production workflows.
- Experience producing or assisting on fashion and campaign shoots.
- Photography, motion graphics or advanced post production skills.
What We Offer
- Join a fast growing independent fashion brand where creative is at the centre of the business.
