Salary £33,000 per year. Earn while you learn – Stagecoach provides fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship Qualification. During training (6–8 weeks) you will earn £16.20 per hour. Upon completion you can expect annual earnings of £33,000+ based on 39 hours per week as a qualified bus driver.
Award and Pay Structure

Responsibilities
- Complete industry-leading training, secure your PCV licence and undertake ongoing CPC training.
- Operate the Stagecoach fleet safely, smoothly and confidently.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a great journey through top-notch customer service.
- Create a welcoming environment for all passengers, especially those who rely on our services most.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK and reside in the UK, islands or British overseas territories for the last three years (or meet alternative criteria).
- Patient, safe and courteous approach, positive friendly attitude and passion for great customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
