Salary & Training

Typical annualised earnings of £32,200. During the 6‑8 week training programme you will be paid £15.00 per hour. After completion of training, pay will be based on 38 hours per week as a qualified Bus Driver, with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship training and secure your PCV licence.
  • Drive our fleet of buses safely, smoothly and confidently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers.
  • Ensure every customer journey is welcoming, respectful and secure.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Support a welcoming environment and help passengers feel valued, especially those who rely on our services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK and ordinarily resident for the last three years or meet alternative criteria.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and be part of a supportive team.
