Overview
We believe in bold ideas, diverse perspectives, and transforming knowledge into impact.
This role leads the full marketing stack for Managed Ad Sales, from positioning and content through demand generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
You will collaborate with sales, product, and data partners to fill pipeline, sharpen our story, and equip the commercial team to win.
- What you’ll do
- Own the positioning and messaging for Managed Ad Sales, translating data about the HCP audience into a clear, compelling story for advertisers.
- Plan and run demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, web, and events to build and accelerate qualified pipeline.
- Create content that sells — landing pages, case studies, one-pagers, decks, and thought leadership that move advertisers from interest to conversation.
- Lead account-based marketing for priority advertiser accounts, partnering with sales to build account plans and tailored campaigns.
- Equip the sales team with tools to close — pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, and proof points grounded in performance data.
- Partner with sales, product, and data teams to keep messaging accurate, timely, and aligned to business direction.
- Measure what matters by tracking campaign performance, pipeline influence, and conversion to optimize investments and discontinue ineffective approaches.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally spanning media, advertising, data, or healthcare and life sciences.
- Track record across the full funnel: positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement (not just one component).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to translate a complex, data-rich offering into copy that resonates with a commercial buyer.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and ABM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with fluency in pipeline metrics and attribution; comfortable using data to guide investment decisions.
- Bias for action and a collaborative style that earns trust with sales and product partners.
- Nice to have: experience marketing advertising, media, or an audience-data product; familiarity with programmatic advertising, adtech, or martech ecosystems; exposure to pharma, life sciences, or healthcare markets and how HCP audiences are reached and engaged.
