What You'll Do
As a member of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Communications team, you will lead and manage Executive and Employee Communications for the UK & Ireland and the Chief Executive of the UK & Ireland. You will focus on bringing to life and aligning key Global Communications and Regional priorities to deliver a consistent narrative aligned.

You’ll think through the lens of possibilities, stay in tune with the company and the market with an outside-in perspective and you’ll proactively align with the Chief Executive - UK & Ireland and other key stakeholders across the business and the Communications team.
In this role, you will primarily manage executive and employee communications for the UK & Ireland, including for internal and external events, employee communications, thought leadership and Executive social media presence:
- You will work together with UK & Ireland Communications Lead to plan, create and deliver thought leadership content, alongside sales focused messaging and content to support the UK & Ireland’s business strategy in alignment with the EMEA communications strategy.
- Develop Executive messaging and craft key content for key moments both internally and externally, including developing PPT decks for events, scripts, and talking points.
- Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team on messaging, tone and communication approaches for engagement.
- You will build trusted relationships and partner across the business and Global Communications to develop insight into strategic priorities and communications goals, converting these into communications campaigns that help the UK & Ireland drive impact.
- Internally, you will lead and drive local employee communications that connect employees to the company strategy, values and culture.
- Externally, you will work together with our PR, Social, and AR teams to maximize the impact of media, analyst and social media opportunities.
- You will track engagement metrics and analyse outcomes and data for reporting and continuously optimise messaging and channels for impact.
To be successful, you'll balance multiple priorities to ensure communication approaches are relevant. You'll prioritise areas where communications can have the biggest impact and demonstrate tangible results to help influence our audience’s perceptions, attitudes and behaviours.
Who You Are
You have proven experience driving all aspects of an executive’s business, organisational, and employee communications. You are capable of building executive speaker messaging to position the company and an executive as visionary leaders within a fast and competitive market.
You can be a strategic partner and advisor to our UK & Ireland Chief Executive and their leadership team, and you will work directly with them to deliver content and programs to drive UK & Ireland communications. You will be responsible for metrics, the quality of communications outcomes, and ensure timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements for the Role
- You have 6+ years of proven experience supporting executives with platform development and comms programs in a global, matrixed technology or software company.
- You can demonstrate your ability to understand different audiences and translate business goals into communications that drive business growth.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, can translate complexity into simplified language and imagery.
- You are a social media specialist with a track record of execution on behalf of executives.
- You are a resilient problem solver able to gain consensus and manage critical situations through consultation and partnering.

- You are a highly organised, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and an intuitive ability to read people.
- You understand technology trends, the development of networking and internet into what tech means in 2025, and a tech company's technologies and services.

- You are skilled in preparing presentations and have an ability to build visuals and edit video content.
