32Co is hiring its first AI Rev Ops Manager to own systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals.

You’ll lead the Rev Ops stack, including Hub Spot, Big Query, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude, and craft AI-driven insights for the commercial team.

You will report to the VP Finance and collaborate with the VP Commercial, embedding with the wider executive team to shape scale and impact.
