Backed by Tier 1 investors from day one, Balderton Capital, we’re rapidly expanding our operations across the UK and beyond.
The role involves building a patient growth engine from the ground up. You will be one of the first people patients speak to on their Sleep journey, connecting with inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and converting interest into action. This is a high-volume, high-energy role, working with genuinely motivated patients who already want help with their sleep.
What you'll do:
- Own the patient journey from first contact through to booked appointment.
- Lead fast, high-quality conversations that build trust and drive action.
- Keep your patient pipeline flowing - from new leads to follow-ups and re‑engagements.
- Contribute to experiments, messaging tests, and playbook development.
- Closely monitor your results, identify opportunities for improvement and propose strategies to increase conversions.
Who you are:
- People-focused: You listen carefully, build rapport easily, and can clearly explain processes.
- Resilient and proactive: You stay positive when conversations don’t lead to immediate bookings.
- Organised and accountable: You manage multiple patient conversations responsibly.
- Collaborative: You work closely with clinicians and internal teams.
- Curious and improvement-driven: You look for ways to improve communication with patients.
Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Why you’ll love working here:
- See your work translate into real‑world impact - help change lives every day.
- Build the future of HealthTech - tackle multi‑billion dollar challenges.
- Accelerate your career - take on new challenges and grow alongside a high‑performing team.
- Join a company backed by top VCs with a multicultural, ambitious, and high‑calibre team.
