The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Executive at 32Co, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. This is a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you’ll play a vital part in shaping our growth story.

What will you do?

  • Identify and engage potential customers through both outbound and inbound strategies.
  • Drive new business acquisition by actively seeking and closing new clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing deals and onboarding.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and customers to drive value.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the sales process and improve customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to position 32Co’s solutions effectively.

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
