321ics Property Group is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our London team.

You will show properties, secure tenancies and maximise cross selling while managing landlord and tenant expectations.

You will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in the property industry.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Salary options include a basic of £10,000 plus 20% commission or no basic with 75% commission, reflecting performance and market conditions.
