About you
We’re keen to hear from values-driven, ambitious individuals, with up to five years experience in either a management consultancy or public sector organisation. We offer our consulting team experience across a broad variety of projects in a boutique consultancy environment.

In this role, we’d expect you to…
Clients & Projects
- Have an understanding of public services and the unique challenges they face
- Contribute to the design and delivery of projects, as part of a wider team
- Take responsibility for planning and delivery of clearly defined tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively seek out help and support if needed
- Engage successfully and professionally with clients and client teams, through excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiently gather and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, drawing out and conveying key insights
- Carry out benchmarking and research to enable comparison of client’s performance
- Think analytically; systematically and logically breaking down complex information to enable us, and our clients, to better understand them
- Create reports, presentations and dashboards that summarise findings and recommendations
- Have a growing awareness of project commerciality (margin, budget, rates, frameworks) and take responsibility for personal role / impact on this in project delivery

Additional details
Our office is in London Bridge and we ask that (as a minimum) you are in for our monthly team meeting. There will be a requirement for some travel to client-site as needed, but the rest of the time you are welcome to work wherever is best for you.
We offer flexible working and part-time working arrangements.
