Field‑based, high-impact technical & commercial role
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute technological projects at GSA, regional, and local customers, including audits, migrations, commissioning, and TCO/Value Advantage analysis.
- Support regional strategy by aligning with local sales management and driving commercial outcomes.
- Introduce and manage innovations, product swaps, and new technologies to grow NPI and NTW sales.
- Deliver technical training to customers, TAMs, and sales teams to strengthen capability and retention.
- Act as the technical authority for Sales, Engineering, and Laboratory teams, providing expert guidance.
- Solve high‑pressure production issues with agility, authority, and a deep understanding of F&B processes.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and white‑spot identification.
- Build relationships with authorities, control bodies, and industry associations to support regulatory alignment.
- Execute the KBS catalogue to deliver consistent, differentiated Knowledge‑Based Solutions.
What You Bring
- Degree in chemistry, chemical processing, food processing, microbiology, or similar (University of Applied Sciences / Professional Bachelor).
- Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry with strong technical credibility.
- Demonstrated project management capability in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand and optimise customer processes.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels — from operators to site management and procurement.
- High resilience, flexibility, and readiness to work in demanding production environments (hot/cold, humidity, noise, chemicals).
- Fluent English; French or Dutch is an advantage.
- Digital proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and operate with professional authority.
