We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and service-obsessed Head Maître D’ to lead our front-door experience and be the face of this exciting neighbourhood restaurant in West London. This vibrant venue offers exceptional dining and drinking experiences to our guests, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We take pride in serving high quality food and beverages, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Salary: £19 per hour including service charge

What you'll be doing as a Head Maître D’:
- As Head Maître D’, you will be the first impression and final farewell for every guest.
- Your role is to orchestrate a seamless welcome, manage the flow of service from the front, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth, memorable experience for each guest.
- You'll thrive on connection, handle high-energy service periods with grace, and keep a cool head when the dining room is buzzing.
- Act as the face of the venue, warmly greeting and seating guests with professionalism and flair.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints with discretion, empathy, and swift resolution.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by maintaining a friendly, calm and courteous demeanour whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage waitlists during peak times and manage expectations by keeping guests informed of wait times.
- Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
