We are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and passionate Floor Manager to join our fantastic team at The Fat Badger. Our Floor Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day management. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Salary - £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + service charge (Earn an extra £12,000 per annum)

What you'll be doing as a Floor Manager:
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours, while staying within budgeted labour costs.
- Actively support and collaborate with the General Manager and marketing team to implement promotional strategies and enhance the venue visibility in the local community.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, control labour costs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure the restaurant complies with all conditions of the license, policy and legislation, including health and safety, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction, working closely with the team to maintain high standards and support your team during a busy service.

- Proven experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Ideally have previous experience in a high-end venue or fine dining.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
