We are seeking an experienced, charismatic, and service‑obsessed Head Maître D’ to lead our front‑door experience and be the face of this exciting neighbourhood restaurant in West London. Responsibilities
- As Head Maître D’, you will be the first impression and final farewell for every guest.
- Orchestrate a seamless welcome, manage the flow of service from the front, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth, memorable experience for each guest.
- Thrive on connection, handle high‑energy service periods with grace, and keep a cool head when the dining room is buzzing.
- Act as the face of the venue, warmly greeting and seating guests with professionalism and flair.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints with discretion, empathy, and swift resolution.
