Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, optimisation, and performance of Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and YouTube
- Oversee Meta Ads campaigns and support on other paid social channels such as TikTok and Pinterest
- Lead client calls focused on paid media performance and provide clear, actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets for both paid search and social
- Work closely with client services to deliver cross-channel campaign plans
- Maintain strong account hygiene and monitor budget pacing
- Contribute to test plans and help evolve internal media processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of PPC experience in a digital agency or performance-focused environment
- Confident in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Shopping in particular)
- Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager or willing to learn and take ownership of paid social campaigns
- Experience working with premium, luxury, or e-commerce brands
- Strong communicator who can lead client performance reviews and planning sessions
- Highly organised and able to manage several campaigns and priorities
- Confident in reviewing performance data and optimising based on insight
- Experience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn
- Familiarity with display platforms such as StackAdapt or DV360
- Use of platforms such as Funnel.io, GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, or Looker Studio
- Comfortable contributing to strategy documents, playbooks, or internal training
