Job Location: Our office is based in Fulham, London but this can be remote for the contract role.
Working Pattern: 5 days per month. This role is being hired initially on a contract basis due to current business needs. There is potential for this to evolve into a full-time role over the coming months, depending on business needs and fit.

Role Purpose: We are looking for a revenue-focused CRM specialist to support CRM delivery across some of our key clients. This role is for someone who understands how CRM contributes to commercial performance. You will support strategy and execution across copy, flows, segmentation, tracking, campaign planning, and delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with our in-house Creative team.
