Job Location: Our office is based in Fulham, London but this can be remote for the contract role.

Working Pattern: 5 days per month. This role is being hired initially on a contract basis due to current business needs. There is potential for this to evolve into a full-time role over the coming months, depending on business needs and fit.

Role Purpose: We are looking for a revenue-focused CRM specialist to support CRM delivery across some of our key clients. This role is for someone who understands how CRM contributes to commercial performance. You will support strategy and execution across copy, flows, segmentation, tracking, campaign planning, and delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with our in-house Creative team, Account Management and Performance team, supporting both day-to-day CRM execution and the ongoing development of CRM strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit on-brand CRM copy
  • Audit and improve flows
  • Support campaign planning, sequencing, and CRM strategy
  • Review tracking, setup, and CRM structure
  • Schedule campaigns and support execution
  • Brief the design team clearly using visual references
  • Work with internal teams to deliver commercially focused CRM activity

What we are looking for:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo
  • Good understanding of Attentive
  • A commercially minded, revenue-focused approach
  • Strong understanding of flows, segmentation, and campaign sequencing
  • Confidence reviewing setup, spotting issues, and making recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate well with creative and account teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a lean team

  • Proven experience in a CRM-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy and execution
  • Experience using Shopify data for segmentation and campaign planning
