The Supply Chain Intern will assume administrative tasks assigned by project, which will be intended to support the execution of tasks related to ERP catalog data & specific and temporal projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting and administering equipment manuals and parts listings.
  • Extract and organize part list data into MS Excel format, ensuring alignment with the guidelines provided.
  • Support the conversion of supplier parts list data into spreadsheets according to the Company’s catalog standard.
  • Re‑formulate parts description and related data to the Company’s catalog standard.
  • Assist in reviewing new catalog items against existing catalog items to verify duplications.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing replacements of existing catalog and inventory data as per instructions.
  • Assist in reviewing and generating reports of loaded BOM’s against rigs – equipment inventory allocations OP/LS and criticality allocations.
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry by cross‑checking manual & Borr catalog.
  • Assist in visualizing the key data and driving actions to improve catalog projects.
  • Learn internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks.
  • Report discrepancies or unclear data to supervisors for clarification.
  • Document process steps or challenges encountered to improve future data transfer efficiency.
  • Perform various other ad‑hoc duties as required for the assigned project.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Borr Code of Conduct and Special Ethics obligations.
  • Provide progress reporting on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Currently working towards a university degree and in the penultimate or final year.
  • Keen to learn, motivated to take on new challenges and investigate matters.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to plan and achieve deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office 365 skills (particularly Excel).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills.
  • Detail‑orientation & organizational skills.
