Responsibilities
- Build a positive project relationship using client‑facing engagements, run workshops, and lead clients to success.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
- Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
- Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products.
- Familiarity with Low‑code and Pro‑code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
