Responsibilities

  • Build a positive project relationship using client‑facing engagements, run workshops, and lead clients to success.
  • Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
  • Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
  • Share practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
  • Manage task backlog for continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
  • Work with Microsoft 365 Copilot, understanding underlying technology, prompts, agents, implemented and governed.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Platform products.
  • Familiarity with Low‑code and Pro‑code extensibility models of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
  • Familiarity with agile development practices.
  • Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to secure apps and data.
