We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development and deployment of cutting‑edge generative AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This position is well‑suited for candidates with a background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning who excel at developing production‑grade AI applications utilizing Microsoft platforms such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production‑grade AI applications on Microsoft platforms.
- Create and maintain APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Use Docker and containerized deployments for scalable solutions.
- Integrate LLM models such as OpenAI GPTs, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, or Mistral into applications.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and reliability.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and Responsible AI (RAI) practices.
- Collaborate in agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Strong software development background in Python.
- Experience with API development.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM models and prompt engineering.
- Experience in implementing robust evaluation frameworks and RAI practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft GenAI/Agentic AI ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

- Prototyping and experimenting with emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, and integration into enterprise systems.
