As a Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits Consultant you will be part of a team of advisory professionals providing integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that deliver value through rapid deployments and complete transformations. Your focus will be on ensuring clients fully leverage their Workday investment while meeting industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Benefits domains, contributing functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on topics related to HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits functionalities.
  • Independently lead your workstream and report on progress.
  • Lead diverse and disparate teams, guiding them through implementation.
  • Liaise closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.
  • Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or Benefits, or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions.
  • Capacity to thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, and demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and (Advanced) Compensation and Benefits workstreams.
  • Experience with Workday’s Data Migration tools and Security framework.
  • Up-to-date Workday certifications, especially for Benefits.
  • Fluency in another language.
