Job Description: Technology Transformation risk found in a weekly forum is being surfaced by models reading delivery data live; plans maintained manually are being tested against simulation. We are building the AI-led methods, playbooks and reinvention offices behind that shift. Consultants joining now will help build how we work, not just execute it. The role You will be hands‑on inside a client transformation office or delivery team, running the governance, planning, risk and reporting engine that keeps a large transformation on track. You will own discrete areas of a workstream with support from a Manager or Senior Manager, and you will be the person who makes the plan, the risk picture and the reporting credible. Where that work is currently manual, we expect you to be looking for how it shouldn't be. This role is industry agnostic at point of hire. You will work across Health where you don't, we will help you build it. The work Engagements vary and no two Consultants do the same job. The areas below run across the practice; you will typically focus on two or three at a time and build breadth as you move between clients. Transformation office delivery: running the operating rhythm of a programme or workstream, from planning cycles to governance forums. Risk and dependency management: owning the risk picture, driving resolution, and escalating with a recommendation rather than a flag. Programme intelligence and reporting: building automated reporting and dashboards that give leadership a live, trusted view of progress, risk and value. Integrated planning: maintaining plans across multiple workstreams and vendors, keeping cross‑dependencies visible and current. Value tracking: measuring and reporting whether the value case is landing as the programme progresses. Change management and business readiness: supporting the organisation through the human side of transformation, from stakeholder engagement to adoption and embedding. AI‑led ways of working: applying AI and automation to delivery — including agentic methods and Digital Twin design — and contributing to the industrialised accelerators the practice is building. What we’re looking for Essential Delivery experience within a transformation office or programme environment, on technology‑enabled transformation. Working knowledge of integrated planning, risk and issue management, governance and executive reporting. Strong analytical skills: comfortable finding the story in programme data and presenting it to a senior audience. Interest in how AI changes delivery, with evidence you have started applying it. Hands‑on with at least one delivery or reporting toolset (Power BI, Power Platform, Azure DevOps, Jira, Clarity or similar). Confident communicator, comfortable operating in ambiguity. Certification such as PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, APM, Scrum or SAFe. Consulting experience, or client‑side delivery alongside a consulting partner. Desirable Agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery exposure. Building automated or low‑code solutions to replace manual delivery processes. Business readiness, benefits tracking or process reengineering experience. What we offer A practice being rebuilt around AI‑led delivery, with real scope to shape how it operates. Our most complex client programmes, and a clear path to Manager. Continuous learning, including Accenture's AI and delivery capability programmes. What’s in it for you At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
