This is what you can expect:

  • As part of the project team, you'll work directly on-site with the client, developing strategies for growth, digital transformation, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and new digital business models.
  • In our projects, you'll collaborate with motivated and ambitious colleagues - from small strategy teams to international, cross-functional teams encompassing design, human resources, and IT.
  • Support transformations and optimise business processes. We advise executives across all industries - from international tech/software companies scaling their operations, to globally operating Oil & Gas players undergoing digital transformation, to consumer goods companies and successful niche players with an ambitious growth agenda.
  • Define strategic recommendations for our clients. As a team, we are highly ambitious and analytical, always putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
  • Gain insights into various business areas. This way, you will quickly accumulate comprehensive project experience and experience with data-driven analysis, in both different business areas and industries, and can steer your career in the direction you desire.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from a leading university (additional qualification in the form of an MBA or PhD is an advantage).
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or in a strategic function of a renowned industrial company, including (partial) project and technical team leadership.
  • Solid business management expertise, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following areas - depending on experience level, with increasing responsibility for analysis, conception and implementation: Growth strategies & business model reinvention, go-to-market strategies, product and service strategies, pricing & profitability, marketing & sales performance, data for growth & AI strategies.
  • Interest in technology and digitalisation topics and their integration into the business strategy.
  • Clear communication in spoken and written form in fluent English.
  • The flexibility and mobility required in everyday consulting work.
