This role sits at the technical heart of our Power Platform practice — combining deep hands‑on development expertise with emerging team leadership responsibility across high‑value client engagements. As a Senior Developer at Level 8, you will be the go‑to technical authority on Power Platform delivery teams, driving solution quality, architectural integrity, and developer best practices. You will work alongside Delivery Managers and Solution Architects on complex enterprise programmes, whilst beginning to take on line management and mentoring responsibilities for junior developers. This role is ideal for a highly experienced Power Platform developer who has a proven delivery track record in a consulting or SI environment and is ready to step into a formal leadership and technical governance role within one of the world's largest Microsoft practices.
