SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager in London

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Senior Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in HR technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
• Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Support change management and user adoption through training and communication.

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).
• Strong project management expertise with PMP or Prince2 preferred.
• Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting.
