As part of the Software & Platforms Industry & Enterprise team, you will work with software and Saa S businesses from high‑growth scale‑ups to established global vendors.
Your work will help clients navigate strategic and operational challenges such as AI‑native competition, shifting commercial models, hyperscaler dynamics and evolving B2B buyer expectations.
As a Manager, you will lead diverse, high‑performing teams to deliver strategies that unlock growth, improve performance and enable transformation at scale.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, support team development, and contribute to our go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex B2B transformation programmes for software and Saa S clients, managing workstreams across GTM strategy, commercial and business model transformation, lead‑to‑cash process redesign, and operational change.
- Define and structure solutions in ambiguous environments, using rigorous analysis, process design and evidence‑based recommendations.
- Build and own the commercial narrative, developing business cases, value models and investment cases for C‑level scrutiny.
- Work directly with senior client stakeholders to co‑create strategy, align priorities and drive change programmes.
- Translate industry insights into practical advantages, guiding clients on AI, pricing and competitive dynamics.
- Drive business development activity, shape proposals, contribute to go‑to‑market initiatives and build client relationships.
- Lead and develop your team, setting direction, coaching and fostering a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
- Contribute to the growth of the Practice through thought leadership, asset development and internal capability building.

- Proven experience leading complex programmes across the B2B customer lifecycle with measurable revenue growth, cost reduction or efficiency improvement.
