About the Role

The role focuses on developing and enhancing Quality Engineering strategies for clients. You will work closely with client teams to deploy modern Quality Engineering concepts, automate testing, and lead others in achieving high quality and efficient delivery. The work spans multiple domains and tech stacks, providing opportunities to experience new challenges and contribute to Accenture’s internal Quality Engineering communities.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and improve automated testing practices, working with modern Quality Engineering concepts.
  • Lead quality initiatives for clients, advocating for value, efficiency, and low complexity.
  • Contribute to internal and regional Quality Engineering communities and shape best‑practice conversations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build solutions with emerging technologies such as GenAI and AI‑assisted coding tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members regardless of experience level.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for improving quality, productivity and software delivery.
  • Several years of experience defining and implementing modern Quality Engineering concepts, including automated testing.
  • Comfortable working in at least one object‑oriented programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, etc.).
  • Hands‑on experience with GenAI (e.g., Playwright with MCP) and AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
  • Knowledge of LangChain or LangGraph and cloud environments is a plus.
  • Experience leading and collaborating in an egoless, inclusive team environment.
  • Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn new technologies and approaches.
