- What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor team members and fellow leaders.
- Shape thought leadership to strengthen brand and industry presence.
- Define strategic vision across people, process, technology, and data.
- Oversee delivery of complex client engagements and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Manage risk, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accountability for client outcomes and contractual commitments.

- Extensive experience in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lab Informatics.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations.
