The Accenture Secure Cloud Infrastructure Support team operates in an internet‑disconnected environment to support critical national infrastructure for a secure government client. The role includes a 24/7/365 rota, with a shift premium for non‑standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to secure cloud users, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues.
• Manage tickets that track user queries and support requests, documenting effective diagnosis, resolution, or escalation.
• Develop product knowledge in cutting‑edge air‑gapped cloud technology to support users with how‑to questions.
• Support internal reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and reduce toil.
• Follow documented runbooks and procedures for high‑priority incident management for potential UK critical workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience working with computer systems and networks, specifically Linux.
• Willingness to learn deep skills in air‑gapped cloud architecture and operations.
• Experience in a production support or operations role ensuring a live service for users.
• Experience with IaC tools including Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and identifying potential bugs or failures.
• Experience understanding network architectures and troubleshooting network‑related issues using Linux tools.
