Role Overview
The Marketing Manager, EMEA Institutional will execute and localise multi‑channel marketing initiatives to contribute to the growth of Invesco’s Institutional segment and support the implementation of the EMEA marketing strategy across the EMEA Pensions market. Working alongside other Marketing Managers in the Institutional segment, you will ensure alignment with the broader EMEA strategy while tailoring initiatives to regional priorities when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Integrate the voice of the client in the Institutional segment plans for the region, leveraging client knowledge and insights to shape impactful, insight‑driven marketing strategies and tactics.
- Partner closely with Distribution colleagues to localise where needed, delivering the EMEA Pensions marketing strategy across the region, aligned with commercial objectives and underpinned by measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialist Marketing teams (Events, Content, Research, DCAT, Insights…) to execute client experiences that reflect the needs defined by the Institutional segment strategies.
- Assist in the delivery of the EMEA Pensions strategy, including working with Specialist teams to coordinate across channels and maintain key strategic partnership relationships.
- Support the Senior Institutional Marketing Manager to define and deliver a multi‑year strategy for UK and EMEA pensions, working closely with other Institutional Marketing Managers across EMEA to ensure consistent application and local adaptation of the regional strategy.
- Track and report on marketing activation performance using KPIs and analytics; apply insights to optimise existing activities, future initiatives, and share learnings.
- Execute the local agenda based on client segments’ EMEA Country marketing plans, staying global yet local as needed.
- Build an effective partnership between Marketing and Distribution within the countries of focus.
- Leverage best practices across marketing to ensure Institutional client journeys are consistently innovative, client‑centric, and aligned with Invesco’s strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in B2B marketing in the financial services industry, with asset management experience as a plus.
- Track record in identifying and measuring the success of marketing campaigns and events, with digital experience a clear advantage.
- Marketing management experience within a digital‑first organization, focusing on enhancing client experiences across channels and supporting upper‑funnel growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with implementing and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of asset management, customers, products, and competitors.
- Good understanding of the different market landscapes and product prioritisation across markets and segments.
- Experience with Sales and Marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the latest B2B marketing techniques, with emphasis on digital channels.
- Insight, metrics and results‑based marketing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or an equivalent qualification.
- Post‑graduate marketing qualifications and/or industry accreditations preferred.
