Role Overview
We are recruiting for a 12‑month traineeship within the Fund Management and Hotel Investment Management team for a ~€1bn open‑ended Hotel Fund. This role will contribute to the success of the function and will provide industry knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the Fund Management team on day‑to‑day operations of the European Hotel Fund mandate.
- Work with Investment Management on hotel transactions, both buy and sell.
- Support ongoing investment management initiatives and capital expenditure projects.
- Deliver internal and external reporting.
Qualifications
- Interest in investment management and strong numeracy skills.
- Knowledge of real‑estate investment is helpful.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are helpful.
- Willing attitude, diligent and a team player.
