This role is part of the ETF Compliance Advisory team in London, focusing on providing practical, risk-based compliance guidance across the full product lifecycle and collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution, and Investments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF Business, building relationships and providing timely, commercially minded compliance guidance.
  • Review new product proposals and support product launches by identifying and advising on relevant compliance and regulatory considerations.
  • Advise on changes to existing ETF products, including product governance requirements and regulatory implications.
  • Review investor-facing materials, including PRIIPs KIDs and other product documentation, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments impacting the ETF industry and provide clear, actionable guidance to business stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory changes and contribute to business readiness initiatives.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions on regulatory developments, emerging risks, and compliance best practices.
  • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and key business stakeholders to promote effective risk management and a strong culture of compliance.
  • Champion fair customer outcomes, sound governance practices, and effective management of conflicts of interest.
  • What you can bring
  • Proven Compliance experience within the asset management industry, ideally in an ETF, UCITS, or Compliance Advisory environment.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, ETF products, and the regulatory framework governing investment funds, particularly in Ireland.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
  • Experience advising business stakeholders on product governance, regulatory change, and compliance matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused advice.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
