Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior fund managers to manage international separate accounts in traditional and alternative real‑estate sectors across Europe.
- Ensure work is organized and aligned with team requirements.
- Act as an interface with clients to ensure service meets their objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate investor reporting and presentation materials (quarterly/annual reporting, updates, ad‑hoc requests).
- Support portfolio performance monitoring: business‑plan tracking, valuations, cash flow, return analysis; maintain trackers and dashboards.
- Analyse property and fund returns at portfolio level with Fund Analyst.
- Coordinate inputs across asset management, transactions, finance, tax, legal and local teams for asset strategy execution, capex programmes, financings and disposals.
- Present the Fund strategy internally and to relevant Boards.
- Support fund/mandate operations: liquidity forecasting, distribution processes, budgeting, internal approval workflows.
- Ensure data governance for mandates, maintaining integrity and consistency of portfolio/investor data across systems and outputs; contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, real estate, fund management or related investment/financial discipline, with exposure to financial analysis, reporting and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
- Understanding of real estate investment and fund management concepts, including basic financial modelling / cash‑flow analysis and institutional investor reporting experience advantageous.
- Degree‑level education.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, clear written and verbal communication; organised, proactive, collaborative mindset; strong desire to develop within the fund management function.
