The Internals Comms Assistant will be an integral part of the internal communication team, supporting all aspects of product and day‐to‐day communication activities. This learning role is designed for school leavers and provides broad exposure to internal communications in a global organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute communication plans that demonstrate the impact and alignment of Invesco's strategy and priorities.
  • Support the delivery of high‐quality internal communications, scaling employee engagement events, and managing key regional communication channels such as intranet, digital, and email on a day‐to‐day basis.
  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues to develop and deliver communication plans, support content creation, channel management, and organise employee events and campaigns.
  • Provide internal communication support for key business initiatives across the EMEA region, build relationships, advise on day‐to‐day communication needs, and develop plans and delivery.
  • Assist in the content, logistics and delivery of large‐scale events such as town halls, informal coffee connects, and business leader events.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of internal communication channels, maintain SharePoint sites, intranet and Viva Engage, research best practice and propose new ideas.
  • Create articles, video scripts, emails and commentaries to support and communicate Invesco's strategy and priorities and connect employees to what is happening within the business and the industry.
