The Client Operations Manager is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end operational support for institutional clients with segregated mandates and focuses on enhancing the client experience through effective query resolution and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong client knowledge and serve as primary operational point of contact for Tier 1 and key institutional clients.
- Partner closely with Client Relationship Managers to proactively manage and resolve client operational queries and escalations.
- Ensure all client requests are accurately logged, tracked and managed in Salesforce in line with the service model.
- Coordinate and support client meetings and calls, clearly articulating complex operational topics to internal and external stakeholders.
- For new segregated mandates, review Investment Management Agreements to identify and document in‑scope obligations within the Repository and implement appropriate ongoing monitoring.
- Review existing processes, identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, automation and risk reduction.
- Maintain a strong awareness of regulatory, market and industry developments impacting client servicing and operational delivery.
Qualifications
- Client servicing experience with direct client contact.
- Relationship management, including senior level relationships.
- Leading and influencing without authority.
- Proven understanding of investment operations, distribution channels and regulation.
- Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data in a meaningful way.
- Demonstrated track record of reviewing processes and making enhancements.
- Working knowledge of robust operating procedures and controls.
- Existing Invesco operational process and product knowledge would be beneficial.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both with internal and external clients.
- Academic background ideally educated to degree level.
- Willing to study for relevant industry examinations.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
