Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross-regional team to implement Invesco’s organic social media strategy in EMEA, increasing engagement with target audiences and supporting overall business objectives.
  • Assist in the creation, editing and publication of written, photo, graphic and video content on a daily basis across Invesco channels, including employee advocacy and key thought leaders on LinkedIn; work with the editorial team to optimize content for social channels.
  • Maintain the social media calendar in Airtable, identifying and reporting on scheduling overlaps and gaps.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, Social Media, work on social media campaigns, including creating content, writing/editing copy, maintaining calendars in Airtable, managing inquiries through internal process tools (Aprimo), and tracking and reporting monthly metrics (followers, impressions, clicks, engagements, reach, etc.).
  • Run and decipher social media listening reports.
  • Partner closely with Compliance to ensure all regulatory requirements are met for social media content across specific countries and EMEA-wide.
  • Regularly submit to the Compliance tracking system (RedOak).
  • Stay on top of social trends and platform features; digest social listening, client feedback, and competitive audits to implement growth and creative opportunities for Invesco’s brand.
  • Learn and apply Invesco’s approach to social media strategies to engage new and existing clients and build brand reputation with key audiences and influencers.

Qualifications

  • Direct related work experience in social media with a proven track record of developing content strategy and social media programs that have demonstrated business results.
  • Knowledge of financial services or heavily regulated industry preferred.
  • Superior editorial, written, and creative skills specifically developed for digital-first platforms.
  • A passion for social-first content creation and video production.
  • Ability to manage the process details of multiple posts on a daily basis.
  • Enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience using social media platforms and related tools such as Hootsuite, Airtable, etc.

Employment Type: Full Time

Workplace Model: Employees are expected to comply with the most current workplace model, which as of October 2025 includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
