Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Process Improvement: Identify, map, and prioritise process inefficiencies across the global Investor Engagement Organisation, focusing on high-impact, repeatable workflows. Redesign workflows using AI tools, automation, and orchestration to reduce manual effort and cycle time. Build and deploy end-to-end AI-enabled solutions that are sustainable and scalable. Quantify productivity gains and business impact from AI initiatives.
  • Applied AI & Automation Enablement: Serve as a hands‑on AI expert, leveraging generative AI and automation platforms. Design AI‑assisted research, reporting, content creation, and workflow solutions. Rapidly prototype, test, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback.
  • Dashboards, Insights & Intelligent Reporting: Enhance executive dashboards through automation and AI‑driven insights. Shift reporting from descriptive to insight‑led analytics.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Drive adoption of AI‑enabled workflows across teams. Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices. Partner with technology teams to deploy AI solutions.
