Hard Services Manager Clacton-on-Sea £50,,000 p/a We are currently recruiting for a Hard Services Manager to look after a team of engineers and subcontractors completing ppm and reactive maintenance across 3 local sites in the Clacton-on-sea area. Managing 5 staff, you will look after the team to make sure they hit all SLA and KPI targets across the sites, providing support and technical guidance as required. The sites are educational facilities, and the contract covers planned and reactive maintenance as well as lifecycle, variation and defect works on the M+E assets of the building. These are PFI/LIFT contracts so experience in this field and advantageous but not essential. This role would suit someone with a go-getting attitude to come in and run the team, taking action and getting results.
