FM Reporting Co-ordinator Location: Harrow Salary: £46,000 p/a + company car We’re recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Facilities Management company for an exciting opportunity as a FM Reporting Co-ordinator . This role is integral to improving performance reporting and influencing operational success across the organisation. Working closely with the Performance and Operational teams, you’ll lead an Assistant to develop data-driven reporting strategies, enhancing key metrics for core and billable services. The main function of the role is to run and interpret accurate reports to help track KPI’s. Key Responsibilities: Based in Harrow, you will manage reporting on behalf of various hard FM contracts throughout the South East. You will be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports focussed around tracking KPI’s across multiple contracts using different CAFM systems. The co-ordinator will analyse performance across various workstreams, providing actionable insights to pass on to the operational teams.
