Facilities Compliance Officer Facilities Management I am recruiting on behalf of a large Asset Management Organisation for a Facilities Compliance Officer to work on a Facilities Management PFI contract in Mansfield. Facilities Compliance Officer Facilities Management Mansfield £35000 – £38000 plus excellent benefits 30 Days holiday plus bank holidays Full time permanent Duties and Responsibilities Monitoring the statutory and contractual compliance on the contract Ensuring coordination of feedback from all participants is achieved Undertake site-based Compliance Monitoring reviews where applicable of both Statutory and Contractual compliance Provide exception reports as required Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed Escalate and feed back in a timely manner, non-compliance area Required experience/Qualifications Previous experience managing compliance on a Facilities Management contract Previous Statutory and regulatory compliance experience Experience of working within a PFI environment would be beneficial Ability to pick out key information and report it in a timely manner using appropriate means of com…
