Technical Senior Associate \\n\\nA leading construction consultancy is looking for a CIBSE-qualified Senior Associate to join their Midlands team and deliver MEP building surveying and asset management services\\n\\nRole: Technical Senior Associate \\n\\nLocation: Midlands Hybrid\\n\\nSalary: £80,000-£85,000 Plus Car allowance £6,000 + Bonus\\n\\nQuals – CIBSE electrical mechanical or plumbing (MEP)\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nYou will lead Mechanical & Electrical building surveying programmes, oversee asset verification and data capture, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
