The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 Β£ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large refurbishment project in Glasgow. This role will involve working onsite at a large healthcare clinic, managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, liaising directly with clients and ensuring all works are signed off in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage refurbishment projects across occupied and operational buildings
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors on site
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations
  • Undertake project inspections and quality assurance checks
  • Manage project documentation, reports and programme updates
  • Ensure all works are completed and signed off in line with client requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings

Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience
  • SMSTS
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams
  • Strong client management skills
