We're recruiting for an Asset Manager on behalf of a leading organisation delivering asset and lifecycle management services on a long-term public sector contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and allocation of full lifecycle budget across a multi-site FM contract
- Lead the asset management function, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
- Work collaboratively with subcontractors to ensure planned lifecycle works are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor risk, manage change control processes, and ensure robust governance across all lifecycle activities
- Provide technical input into lifecycle planning, investment decisions, and contract negotiations
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met
- Prepare and present business cases and project proposals for board approval
