We are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to oversee technical service delivery on a live healthcare site. This Technical Services Manager role will suit someone with strong technical (mechanical or electrical) knowledge and leadership experience, comfortable managing teams, compliance, and client expectations in a critical environment.
The Role
- Lead technical service delivery across the site
- Act as the main escalation point for technical issues
- Manage engineering team performance and development
- Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and compliance activities
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensure all statutory and HTM compliance requirements are met
What We Are Looking For
- Strong background in FM / building services
- Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of HTMs (e.g. water, ventilation, electrical, fire)
- Experience managing teams and technical service delivery
- Strong understanding of CAFM/CMMS systems and work order management
- Relevant engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical preferred)
