Programme Planner - Rectification & Capital Works The Programme Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating the integrated rectification programme, providing a single, accurate view of all workstreams, dependencies, milestones, risks and delivery priorities. Working across a complex live operational estate, the Planner will bring together multiple programmes of work including fire safety, lifecycle, defects, capital projects, Schedule 38 obligations, operational activities and Trust-led projects. The role will provide Project Managers, Workstream Leads and senior stakeholders with clear programme visibility, highlighting emerging risks, delays, interfaces and critical-path activities. Experience within healthcare, PFI/PPP, estates, facilities management, construction, infrastructure or complex operational environments would be particularly relevant.
