We are currently recruiting for an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects within a complex, customer-focused environment. This is a predominantly remote opportunity, with occasional travel required. The role will suit an experienced project, transformation or process improvement professional who is confident managing projects from initial discovery through to implementation and embedding sustainable change.

You will combine strong project management and process improvement expertise to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes and implement new ways of working that deliver measurable improvements across people, processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from discovery through implementation and embedding.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, scope and quality standards.
  • Analyse, redesign and optimise business processes to improve efficiency, quality and operational performance.
  • Lead and coordinate process experts to assess current processes and design future-state solutions.
  • Conduct process mapping, current-state assessment.
