We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager to join our client's team, taking a strategic leadership role in managing and optimising a prestigious healthcare contract.

About the Role:

As PFI Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the total facilities management operations across a portfolio of healthcare PFI assets. You'll ensure compliance, drive performance improvements, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in PFI—whether you have direct SPV experience or you're a senior-level FM professional with strategic oversight of PFI contracts in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with PFI standards and contractual obligations, maintaining high operational performance
  • Lead on financial oversight, including project finances, lifecycle works, and variation delivery
  • Build and manage strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and service providers
