Job Title: PFI Project Administrator Location: Coventry, UK Salary: £38,000 + Benefits Our client is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team, working closely with the Management team to ensure the smooth running of all operational, administrative, and contractual obligations related to the PFI project. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional administrative support across all aspects of Facilities Management project delivery. Act as the key point of contact for communications with FM service providers and stakeholders. Assist in ensuring full compliance with the contract Maintain and manage all office records and documentation Support Facilities service performance monitoring and ensure accurate reporting from contractors and sub-contractors. Assist with insurance and legal claims, ensuring appropriate procedures are followed. Coordinate and attend meetings, producing agendas and minutes as required. Prepare high-quality board packs and project documentation in line with agreed timelines. Undertake ad-hoc tasks to support project operations and staff onboarding. Key Skills & Experience: Essential: Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
