You will prepare cost models for Hard FM, Soft FM and Integrated FM contracts, using labour, materials and subcontractor data to create competitive, profitable tender submissions.
Reporting into Business Development and Bid teams, you’ll review ITT documentation, benchmark costs and contribute to winning strategies while ensuring compliance with contractual and safety
