About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's dynamic projects team for a significant hospital development in Manchester. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various projects valued between £50k and £2M electrical works. As the Site Manager, you will oversee all operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS certification.
- First Aid certification.
- NVQ Level 3 electrical installation.
- CSCS card (beneficial).
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
- Strong subcontractor management skills and a keen eye for health and safety practices.
